Most mail-in repairs take 3–7 business days once the device arrives. More complex repairs or part sourcing can extend the timeline — but we keep you updated the entire way.

Do you work on devices that are out of warranty?

Yes — that’s our specialty. If the manufacturer won’t repair it anymore, or if warranty has expired, we can usually help.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

We charge a small diagnostic fee only after we receive your device and begin testing. If you approve the repair, that fee is applied to the final total.

How do I know if my device is worth repairing?

Upload a few photos and describe the issue — we’ll tell you honestly if a repair makes sense. If it’s not worth fixing, we’ll say so upfront so you don’t waste money on shipping.

Yes. If the repair does not make financial sense, we will tell you. Our goal is not to push every repair. It is to help you decide whether repair, replacement, or an upgrade is the smarter move.
