By sending in your device, you confirm that you are the legal owner or have full authorization to request repair on behalf of the owner.
2. Quotes, Diagnostics & ApprovalsTransparent EstimatesWe provide repair estimates based on the symptoms you share and our initial evaluation. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during diagnostics.
Your Approval
We do not begin repairs until you approve the estimate in writing (email, form submission, or SMS confirmation).
Diagnostic Fees
Some categories include free diagnostics; others may have a diagnostic fee. This is always disclosed before you ship your device.
3. Shipping & Handling
Shipping to Mad Labs Repair is your responsibility.
Return shipping is included on your final invoice unless otherwise noted.We recommend shipping your device in secure packaging and with tracking.
We are not responsible for:Loss or damage during inbound shipping, orLoss or damage exceeding the carrier’s coverage amount unless optional insurance was purchased.More details on shipping can be found in our

4. Service LimitationsWhen a Repair Isn’t Possible
Some devices have underlying issues—liquid exposure, corrosion, prior third-party repairs, worn components—that may prevent successful repair.
If a device becomes non-functional during diagnostics or repair due to pre-existing conditions, Mad Labs Repair is not responsible for the failure.
Right to Decline Service
We may decline service for devices that are unsafe, excessively damaged, or modified beyond reasonable repair standards.
5. Payment
Payment is required before we ship your repaired device back.
We accept major payment methods listed at checkout.Unpaid devices may be considered abandoned after
60 days following completion of diagnostics or repair.
6. Warranty
Limited Workmanship Warranty

7. Data & Privacy
We take privacy seriously. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of data stored on your device.

8. Device Ownership & AbandonmentDevices left unpaid or unclaimed for
60 days may be considered abandoned.
After reasonable attempts to contact you, we may recycle, dispose of, or use the device for parts.
9. Parts & Components

10. Limitation of Liability
